Caustic Records is an independent music label based in Vitoria-Gasteiz, Spain, principally focused on the Spanish industrial, EBM, electro, dark folk, neoclassical and experimental scene as well as all variants of dark music. Created in 1998 by Pail frontman Manix S., Caustic was founded due to the few possibilities to publish this kind of music in Spain and to publish Pail’s albums. However, what began as a springboard for Pail has turned into the only Spanish record label dedicated to dark music with worldwide distribution.
